Simple burger allows you to build your own burger! When you choose the burger type, e.g. vegetarian, you are choosing the patty. The patty for this veg burger is completely vegan and seems to be made from mushrooms as the base with other veggies. It's not super firm and mine broke into 2 pieces along the way but works out if you know how to pinch your burger right and keep all the pieces in there! Ask for no cheese and the burger will be vegan. Then you also get to choose the garnishes within the burger and you can choose up to 10 options!!! I picked beetroot slice, pickles, onions, lettuce, SPINACH(cool!), capsicum etc...and total price of burger..$5 nett!! No further ++! I loved how I can customise the burger and that the veggies are fresh, great variety of ingredients and it's so affordable! Now, I wish they'd have another veggie patty option :p
