It was made with fresh lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime leaves. The soup is excellent but could have included more of a variety of vegetables in it. For the price of $14.95 for a bowl of soup, the quantity could have been a bit more.

Simple dish with no frills. The tofu cubes were crispy on the outside, soft & hot on the inside and was not oily. The satay sauce added flavour to the tofu. It was filling for an appetizer. It's got a satisfying bite, chew and texture to it.

It's more on the spicy side. According to what I've read online, it was invented and named by Keo Sananikone for his restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii. Vegetables were not overcooked which is nice.
