One of my favorite type of pani puri. it has to be mentioned not to add curd.would have been awesome with more pani puri flavoured water.it is healthy as long as good hygiene practices are followed by pani puri maker.wat I liked about this pani puri maker other than washing hands is he did not get frustrated with my enquiries about ingredients,instead asked me if I am Jain or have health issues.I said no I am vegan,I don’t eat food that cause animal deaths,I don’t know how much he understood due to language barrier.maybe I should learn national and local languages to communicate with people in better way.
