I ordered the spicy ramen. The broth was light and delicious and full of flavor. And the noodles had a good bite and consistency. I would have liked more tofu pieces.

Ramen is one of my favorite meals but it's hard to find a good ramen that serves vegan broth. Finally found this place Rakkan that came highly recommended... And must say this ramen was legit on if the best I have had. All their ramen broth (even for the meat topped bowls) are plant based. The flavor was umami but truly unique. The noodles were thin and crispy. I wish they open a branch in NY. This place is a must visit for all ramenheads

Really amazing taste and textures! The soft, chewy steamed buns and shiitake mushrooms with the crispy lettuce and onions made for a perfect combo. The only critique I would have is that they were not very warm when served, but were still super yummy.

Best ramen dish I’ve ever had! I loved the creaminess of the broth and you could really taste that all the ingredients were fresh and healthy. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be but they give extra chili oil at the table. I love how many vegan options this amazing and popular restaurant has to offer!
