Lovely dish... It only feels like it was missing a carb layer on top... But it came with a large slice of bread. Warm, heartwarming, saucy and very tasty. #veganmoussaka #eggplant

Tasty #burger . Its vege #patty but with a generous amount of #portobello perhaps #shimeiji mushrooms. Sliced onions cooked just nice. Red bells peppers are stir fried lightly too. Only downside is it’s a bit sloppy bcos of the mayo and im not a fan of sloppy burgers. But it’s delicious!

The #sourdough #ryebread that comes with it is lovely and toasted perfectly. The #hummus i wld hv preferred it more blended but this is fine too,it is delicious. Great for sharing bit bcos I didn’t feel like having fries with my burger so i ordered this instead.

Housemade hummus which was creamy but light on spices, roasted pumpkin squash slices which were delicious if a tad salty, and toasted rye bread. All on a generous bed of green salad mixed with cherry tomatoes, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, and agave mustard dressing. Healthy and refreshing salad! (14,500 won) Also added grilled tempeh for extra protein, which was pretty good and didn't have any bitter aftertaste. (+3,500 won / 2 pieces)

Soba noodles dressed in peanut-sesame sauce, with tofu cubes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, green salad mix, cilantro, and carrot-daikon-radish pickles. I usually find soba noodles too plain, but this was surprisingly flavourful with the creamy sauce and tangy pickles! Also very balanced and satiating for a cold salad. (13,500 won)
