Sadly this amazing vegan restaurant is closing next week, so we wanted to enjoy it one last time. These pancakes were super tasty, came with vanilla cream, maple syrup, nuts and blueberries. Price was $18.

Fried oyster mushroom sandwich was delicious, and huge! Such big portions, even my husband was full for once. A tad salty but overall really good combination of flavors. I wasn’t much for the fries, they’re hand cut and slightly larger so a bit soft. Love the ambience and outside garden at Nic’s so that adds to the overall score ☺️ Also had the grapefruit mimosa, which was delicious 🥂

Delicious omelet with vegan cream cheese, vegan parmesan and vegan American cheese. Comes with a side of greens but they can also be replaced with breakfast sausage patties.

I love that name. The burger was delicious and tasted just like a chicken burger. Comes with cabbage slaw, herbs and spicy ranch, plus fries. Price was $24. Nic’s is a 100% vegan restaurant.

Probably the best risotto I’ve had in my life (and I’ve tried a lot). Super creamy and just delicious. A bit on the salty side, but I liked it. Price was $21.

Features tomatoes, their house made almond ricotta, grapes, pistachio, red wine vinaigrette, etc. I enjoyed it, but it was a bit small even for an appetizer. Price was $14.

Probably the only dish I would not get again because there are so many vegan ice creams out there that taste amazing, and this one was just very good. It’s also expensive. The banana and the hot fudge were great though.

I am guessing they just added this to the menu for the fall. I am not a big fan of pumpkin but this was absolutely delicious, the flavor reminded me more of peanuts. Nic’s is an all vegan restaurant.
