🥖 Baguette was prepared really nicely. Chewy and soft inside, crispy on the outside. The fillings are satisfying too, and just nicely flavoured. The addition of OnlyEg is a nice addition to jazz things up. This month special is SGD12 plus a soup. 😘

Great stir fry dish with minimal oil and max flavour. Thrown into the cauliflower is also other vegetables and tofu pieces. Largely seasoned with tamari/soy sauce and I'm guessing garlic? 😘 They are quite flexible with having a mix of organic rice too. I just need to remember to request less salty next time 😆

Hearty bowl of soup boiled from many vegetables and herbs, seasoned with soy (or tamari?). Sipping on the soup, you almost can taste the layers of flavour from the various ingredients coming together 😚 I chose zucchini this time, next time I'll try the noodles! 😉 And perhaps I'll request less soy/ tamari, as it was a bit too flavourful for me~ 🤣

🎄 Xmas special! I was pleasantly surprised by the layers of food. I was worried things would get too mushy with lentils and sweet potato, but the the salad and nuts complimented every thing nicely. Flavour was distinct as well, but they didnt steal from each other. I especially like how the nutmeg kind of stood out time to time 🥰 Only pity is the serve in one time use plate, which dampens the presentation 😶

🚫🐔🍚 Too many things to fit into the frame. Haha. Very enjoyable meal. Light on the oil, strong on flavour, chewy pieces, fragrant rice, aromatic soup. Chili doesnt disappoint! What else can I ask for? Maybe the soup can be less salty, but that's just me. 😘
