Sweet potato, cucumber, orange and avocado. This was very unique. We did omit the fish flakes which comes on the outside. This roll is more expensive than the other $4-5 rolls, but does have a bit more to them.

This asparagus, avocado and cucumber roll was very fresh and one of my favorites. I love the crunchy asparagus with the creamy avo! Under $4 and a part of the lunch special!

Another lunch special roll for $5 We loved this roll. We ordered two! It was simple, but delicious. It had fried tempura (egg free) Sweet potato and came with a sweet glaze sauce. This was great!

This was my least favorite roll. I thought it would have avocado too, but it just had 2 pieces of asparagus. 🤣 Still good though and only $4. I probably wouldn't order this one again. However, the asparagus was nice and fresh and this would probably be something more basic to accompany some other rolls.

This is one of their specialty rolls, we did have to customize it and had the fish flakes removed. This has tempura sweet potato (no egg) and fresh pineapple. Again simple, but delicious. They're very accommodating at Mr. Sushi and find ways to work around egg and seafood allergies...which is great for vegans!

I really enjoyed this simple sushi. (We tried a lot. 🤣Vegan friends are literally the best) this roll had marinated shiitake mushrooms and that was it. Still delicious even though it was simple and I really enjoyed the flavor! #veganin2022
