happy to find that the Homefries are vegan so i ordered a side and omg.. the “side” is huge (for only like $2)! they have a nice seasoning of paprika coating them which adds some good flavor to the potatoes, which are also cooked quite well! i’m partial to more add-ins in my breakfast homefries (like onion, peppers, or garlic) so they weren’t the best i’ve had, but i appreciate what seasoning they do deliver! 🥔 📍Mellow Minded Café ~ Harrisburg, PA

i don’t know.. this Strawberry Banana Blast Smoothie was just a lot less flavorful than i thought it would be… the strawberry-banana taste is very subtle but the drink is super nice and creamy ~ not my fave out of all their options but still a decent choice i guess. 🍓🍌 📍Mellow Minded Café ~ Harrisburg, PA

these Vegan Quinoa Pancakes aren’t really my absolute favorite pancakes ever... the quinoa is definitely noticeable in both dense, grainy texture and healthyish taste - my mom and sister shared the same feelings as well. happy i tried as something new but wouldn’t get again. if you’re into the seeds though, definitely recommend.. great portion of 3 pancakes with coconut oil spread and maple syrup on the side! 🥞🌾 📍Mellow Minded Café ~ Harrisburg, PA

Love me a smoothie that’s super berry-y and this Mixed Berry Smoothie definitely does the trick! I also really enjoy that if you’re searching for it, you can actually taste the green tea which is a nice addition.. as with other berry smoothies, it is definitely seedy but that’s to be expected! Pretty affordable for the size too! 🫐🍓🍵

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this Vegetarian BLT as I’m not typically a tempeh gal but for being the main bac’n component in this dish, I actually don’t hate it (I don’t entirely love it either though)! My sister and my complaints would really only be the inefficient sourdough, as the sandwich kinda just falls apart, especially with the bread’s minor sogginess from the vegenaise and the relative lack of toasting. That said, the taste is pretty good, but definitely not comparable to a typical blt though. The tempeh is a thinner cut than I’ve had before (which I appreciate) and it’s also maple flavored (I think) which is nice; but, it isn’t crispy at all which is something I would’ve preferred. I do love the fresh tomato and lettuce though especially along with the delicious + thick vegenaise! 🥪🥓🍅🥬

Couldn’t resist a special Fire Roasted Veggie Soup of the day and it was not a disappointment! The tasty vegetable broth is loaded with warm, seasonal veggies ~ squash, zucchini, peppers, green beans, corn, celery, carrots ~ and more! The fact that they’re roasted also adds a charred depth to the flavor that I don’t know if I’ve ever had before and it really is a great spin! 🌽🍲🥕🫑

This Luscious Chocolate Smoothie has been my go-to mellow minded order for a while now.. rich cocoa and sweet dates blended up with nutty almond butter, delicious brown sugar, banana, and almondmylk! I also get mine with the added shot of coffee for a little more pep in my step.. maybe my fav smoothie ever!! And at a good price too! 🍫🧋☕️
