this was sooooo good! I was walking back in bologna and didn't feel like cooking but didn't feel like pizza rossa. The restaurant where I wanted to eat was closed today plus it was a little early for dinner. this #aperitivovegano was perfect! it came with a #vegantaco that was mushrooms, carrots, and sedano. might sound a bit odd but it was delicious. there was a mound of homemade #vegancheese on thinly sliced melon with a pesto and a wonderful homemade cracker in top. the third dish was hummus with bell peppers. there was also a healthy serving of delicious fresh #foccacia . i did not look at their regular menu but this was very satisfying & healthy food. from what i read, they use local products in season. #supportlocal #sostenibile #diprovenienzalocale very helpful friendly service also.
