I’ve been craving a mimosa for a while so wanted to try one. I’m used to them being served in flutes as opposed to martini glasses. This had preach schnapps in it- I likely should have ordered the tequila sunrise one… next time.

Cute presentation and lots of healthy stuff both inside & out. The flavour was a tiny letdown, but I might just be picky. In any case, it’s nice that they have multiple vegan options on their regular menu.

I ordered a soy version of this drink after my partner had the oat one. I think the soy foamed better. I generally prefer hot soy drinks.

I could not eat the whole thing! So much goodness! Chickpeas, spinach, beans and an interesting crunch. I think it was sunflower seeds. Grilled to perfection and topped with salsa and guacamole. The coffee was awesome too
