I did not care for this dish. It's called a "dessert soup" and is made of fruit jellies, bobas, lychee, and jackfruit in coconut milk, with ice cubes on top. It was an interesting and novel dessert for me but I would not order it again.

I loved this dish! The vegan version is made with mock duck and also comes with rice, shallots, pickled veggies, cucumbers and three different spice options. Very savory and fresh!

I loved the flavor of the banana blossom and the crunchiness of the red cabbage and the peanuts in this salad. This dish is maybe not as indulgent as the cauliflower or the crepe, but makes for a flavorful, healthy salad. #veganisnotscary #veganisnotscary

This dish was super fun — you cut the crepe into small pieces and add them to a lettuce leaf together with the fresh basil, mint, and sauces. Roll it up, and wow! So much going on in there, and the lettuce wrap makes for a really lovely fresh accent. #veganisnotscary

An outstanding vegan dish! I have to say, everything i tried at Hai Hai was just such a joyful explosion of flavors — now, the morning after this dinner, i want to go back already. In this dish, the cauliflower is paired with creamy coconut, soft kale, and an array of fresh herbs. The spicy sambal sauce that tops this dish can be served on the side. #veganisnotscary

The ingredient list for this mocktail includes Strawberry, Thai basil, hibiscus, and lime, and what’s so wonderful about this drink is that you actually taste all of them when you take a sip! Mocktails can sometimes just taste like lemonade, but not this one. Every sip gave me a whole bunch of flavors. I very much enjoyed it! #veganisnotscary

You can order the vegan option for the banana blossom salad, and I highly recommend! It’s spicy, fresh, and the flavor is completely unique. Not totally filling for a meal but could go with another appetizer well.
