Red Lentil Ragout, Pickled Red Onions, Saffron Aioli Saffron aioli was beautiful. I loved the combo of all the elements on the plate in terms of flavor and presentation. The frites are crispy without being too oily. The the texture of the chickpeas frites is light and flavor is mild. Onions are the perfect balance of sweet and sour.

Fried artichokes with caramelized garlic and red pepper aioli. Interesting flavor profile. Some bites taste salty and slightly fishy/sour, which is nice. Breading is done well, not super easy to each though because the outside is relatively oily.

Minted Orzo, Shaved Cucumber, Tahini Vinaigrette. Refreshing main meal! Minted orzo was light and very cucumber-y. I'm not sure what the palm cakes are garnished with. It was a bit sour. Overall, delicious and something I'd order again, especially in the spring or summer.

Not sure if they still offer this brunch buffet bc of covid (I belive they have a takeout version) Was excited to see a plant-based buffet option in dc but was a bit disappointed. Nothing was particularly bad but also nothing was exactly impressive either - would not go back for the $$$
