Great vegan Cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious and the presentation was great. But the price is a little bit to high.

It was a good burger, but the price is too high (you could get a comparable burger at Hans im Glück for less money) and the low carb bread was a little bit dry. The guacamole was great. Overall a good vegan restaurant but a little bit expensive, I would suggest getting food that is normally hard to find in a vegan version like cheese cake.

The raw food cheesecake was very fruity and slightly sweet. The sweetest part was actually the base, which consisted of nuts, nut flour and agave syrup. To my mind, the agave syrup could have been left out, but somehow the base has to hold together. The bottom layer of the cheesecake tasted slightly of mango, the top fruity of blueberries. My husband stumbled across this restaurant the other day. He invited me because I am currently doing a sugar-free challenge. The restaurant advertises that all food and drinks are organic, local, vegan and sugar-free. Although sugar-free means they don't use refined sugar. This tartlet was ordered by my husband. I had a taste of it. It wasn't overly sweet, but noticeably sweeter than the main dishes and drinks. The base tasted like a chocolate brownie but was quite doughy over time. The topping was quite sweet and cocoa-y. Normally it would be just right for me. But thanks to the Sugar Free Challenge, I avoid anything sweet, not only refined sugar, but also sweeteners and alternatives like date sweetener. That's still used to sweeten it there. Compared to other cakes, however, it's much healthier 😉 I'm not sure if it's the right one. #vegancake #refinedsugarfree #chocoholic #supportlocal

Of everything we ordered, I found the courgette fries the most boring. Courgette has very little flavour of its own and it was not seasoned. The breading was good, but also only mildly seasoned. The cashew herb curd did not resemble curd, nor did you notice any of the herbs. The portion was large and filling, but I still think almost 10 euros is excessive. I wonder how much an organic courgette costs to buy? 🤔 #boring #courgettes #supportlocal

The asparagus gratin was well seasoned and the vegan feta was creamy and really tasted like feta. The salad was fresh and the dressing very tasty. The only drawback: the gratin was still frozen on the inside 😞. It was then reheated properly at my request. The staff are very friendly. Thank you so much abillion! We were in the lovely Stuttgart and were looking for lunch. I checked the abillion map and found this restaurant which was close-by. Such a great discovery! A vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free restaurant, the baker is a woman with a lot of fantastic ideas for good and beautiful sweets. In the first picture you see a cupcake which was HEAVEN! A dark chocolate biscuit cake with a chocolate ganache and a caramel topping...with flowers and colors : ) in the second picture, a snap of the place, cozy and elegant at the same time. In the third picture, the main dish I had: some not-meat balls filled with vegan cheese and in a coat of sesam seeds, on a bed of mashed sweetpotato and with some delicious salad. Pancake al forno. L’idea interessate, non li avevo mai mangiati, peccato che fossero cotti troppo, tanto che uno era bruciato e diventato così duro da non poterlo tagliare. Era stato posizionato con la parte nera sotto per nascondere il danno. Ho accompagnato il tutto con un succo di arancia fresca, ma era praticamente diluito visto che ci avevano tritato parecchio ghiaccio, ci sarà stata si e no mezza arancia. Un vero peccato, soprattutto perché mi ero recata appositamente da loro per una colazione. Spero possano migliorare in cucina.
