My son chose this cake from the Heavenly Drippy range at Coughlans Bakery. The sponge is soft and moist while the icing is very sweet. This size was a 6” but there are options for 8”, 10” and 2 tier as well. Wow. Just wow. These have only just been launched and I’ve had them at least 3 times already. Such a smooth caramel under the rich, dark chocolate. Perfectly crumbly shortbread. It’s huge too. Literally the size of your hand.

This is usually made with kiwi on top with the strawberries but we had an allergy sufferer in the group so they made it for us without. Super scrumptious. Freshly made vegan cream, sandwhiched between sponge cake, topped with cream, strawberries and chocolate shavings. Completed our party. Available in different sizes.
