Spinach Accras as veg entrée proposal of the menu of the day. Very spinachy and crispy, reminds me of samosa, especially for the appearance. Loved basically all I had there and appreciated the wooden service plates as much as the market atmosphere.

BISSAP, sorry. Hybiscus flower based infusion with a touch of meant. So thirst-quenching that I intend to replicate it home during summer. Also, smart and fun choice that of the reusable ice cubes.

Salad from the menu of the day I went, exotic and spicy indeed. Tomatoes, green beans, carrots, peppers, radish and red onions if I remember correctly. Might have forgotten some of the ingredients, but it was an excellent choice, refreshing the palate.
