I mean, If vegan cakes like this one are possible what’s the reason to be vegetarian? For me it’s better than the dairy version because it doesn’t leave you with that heavy milky feeling.

mi spiace dare così poche stelle, ma questo cappuccino di soia mi ha delusa :/ era decisamente troppo acquoso e non sapeva di niente! Sicuramente è perché il caffè era di pessima qualità, ma siamo in Germania, quindi è comprensibile che non si utilizzino le stesse qualità di caffè dell’Italia. anche perché il latte di soia usato era quello barista della alpro, che è ottimo! prezzo: 3,60€

torta “mousse” ai mirtilli e vaniglia🍰🫐 questo café si trova in centro a Berlino ed è totalmente vegano! Tutti i loro dolci e prodotti sono infatti vegetali (tranne il cappuccino che fanno anche col latte vaccino). tra le poche torte esposte, questa mi incuriosiva e ho deciso di provarla. La base sembrava un pan di spagna abbastanza secco, mentre invece il resto era una vera e propria mousse ai mirtilli. Lasciando perdere la base, che per i miei gusti era proprio secca, ho apprezzato tutto il resto! è piaciuta molto anche alle mie amiche onnivore :) prezzo: 4,50€

🇮🇹 non mangio spesso torte ma questa era fantastica, soffice dolce e buonissima. Anche il cafè era bellissimo e aveva tutto 100% plant based.
