What a meal to end off 2023. The resort was doing a set 4 course menu, either veggie or meat. Upon arriving at dinner, we were told that there was in fact no appetizers for the veggie menu, and we would only be getting a main. This was okay, but once our mains arrived we were just shocked at how small and measly it was. This dish was described as a “plant-based medallion” but it was really just a beyond meat burger patty😂. Plus 1 and a half steamed brussel sprouts and this gross pumpkin paste that tasted like baby food. Apparently the non-vegan meal was even worse and somewhat inedible. Let’s just say we all ended up eating a lot of bread! The extent of how bad it was just made the whole night hilarious and we laughed our way through a terrible dinner.
