Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes. The only piece of cooking equipment inside each of the restaurants is an oven.

I love getting pizza here! They have a really good vegan cheese, and I got red peppers, mushrooms, roasted garlic, balsamic glaze, and arugula.

This pizza was amazing! The vegan cheese here is the most similar to dairy cheese that I’ve ever had in terms of taste and texture, and I love getting balsamic glaze and arugula on my pizza!

This pizza was delicious! The regular crust is vegan, and I got the red sauce, vegan cheese (the vegan cheese here is amazing - every time I try it I have to double check that they gave me the vegan cheese! It doesn’t look as melty as dairy cheese but has a very similar flavor and texture when melted), onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and added arugula and balsamic glaze at the end.

This pizza is spectacular! I got the normal crust, red sauce, vegan cheese, and a ton of veggies! I love that Blaze doesn’t charge per vegetable—you can add as many as you want!

This pizza was soooo good! I got the regular crust, and it was the perfect crispiness and had a great flavor. I put the classic red sauce on, and I think this is the only vegan sauce (but the spicy red sauce might be vegan, too). They only have one vegan cheese, which was amazing! Then I loaded it up with a bunch of veggies! I HIGHLY recommend!!
