We came by at an unearthly hour of 3pm after lunchtime, so the stall had run out of most dishes including the daily lunch special of vegetarian chicken rice. Kid wanted the stir-fried rice vermicelli and broccoli. Both were just so-so.

Portion was good, but it tasted slightly bitter towards the end (not sure is it because I did not mix the gravy with the hor fun well enough/the hor fun was fried too much until a little burnt 😂)

Deicious, spicy bowl of curry noodles, just above Bishan’s bus interchange. A common ground for quick lunches for bus uncles, but also home to a popular vegetarian stall 😌 Curry was thick and on point 🍜 #noodles #curry

Picked the best of both worlds, the savoury braised mock meat drizzled with curry gravy and complement of fresh veggies and crispy bits. It was a delightful lunch.
