Have to make it vegan by subbing in vegan cheese and red pepper aioli (which is very flavourless). The burger patty was very soft and mushy. I wish it was more firm, but my boyfriend liked the softness.

It was an okay burger. We ate it and enjoyed it. The patty is crazy soft and mushy. I wish it was more firm, but my boyfriend enjoyed it soft.

The patty texture and taste were on point. Cashew sauce and plant-based cheese were delicious. Roasted red pepper aioli was only vegan dipping sauce so far but it tastes great. All in all one of the best vegan burgers in Kelowna BC
