This is the dish I always eat at Baobab Cafe. It is nachos topped with melted vegan cheese, black olives and jalapenos. It comes with 3 small dishes of dips - sweet chilli sauce, guacamole and houmous. Very basic vegan fare and not cheap at £6.50, but a good #glutenfree lunch choice.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Vegan Club Sandwich at Baobab. The flavours really complimented each other and the fillings were generous and fresh. It’s great to go into somewhere and be able to enjoy something different and this certainly was! The club sandwich contained lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, falafel, hummus and other ingredients. It was a great portion size and perfect for a late lunch. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their vegan cake too - the chocolate and banana looked lush!

This is an incredibly tasty sandwich. Since going vegan I’ve struggled with sandwich fillings that I like, this hits the spot everytime. With falafel, avocado, fresh tomato, hummus, sun dried tomato and a slightly spicy chutney it is full of flavour and I would recommend it to any sandwich lover looking for a hearty sandwich.
