white rice Hearts Of Palm

This is such a creative way to use hearts of palm! Looking forward to getting more.

This is a great low-carb vegan option for rice. It is sustainable, low-carb, gluten-free goodness. (the package says so!) Mixed in with sauce, or vegan butter and parm, you can't really tell it isn't rice. On it's own, it has the taste of hearts of palm, which isn't bad, just different than rice. I would definitely buy this again.
