The taste is great, consistency too, but it is very salty. Way too much, if they reduced the salt content it would be great.

Gusto non male. Ne ho assaggiato di migliori ma molti di molto peggiori. Aspetto interessante ma le fette sono così pressate tra loro che è impossibile dividerle. Io infatti ho fatto un panino con tutte quelle fette senza nemmeno separarle. Costo elevato, quantità scarsa.
L'ho adorato, saporito e affumicato, abbrustolito in padella per un brunch è perfetto
ecco qui la mia prima recensione :) adoro questo prodotto. A base di seitan non somiglia per nulla allo "speck" che conosciamo in Italia, é molto affumicato, di consiatenza compatta, lo trovo di grande soddisfazione, e non lo trovo di difficile digestione come altri prodotti.
