Solid fresh #pasta #veganpasta #ravioli Mezze. Easy to prepare, good texture and no sauce needed with it. Some extra virgin olive oil and vegan parmesan work fine!

I was really looking forward to trying this pasta but when I was about to, I was really confused which sauce I should cook for it 🙀 My husband wanted a creamy mushroom sauce which didn’t fit perfectly but it was okay. Somehow there was a slight bitter taste and I cannot say if it was the pasta or a spice from the self-made sauce 🤷🏼♀️ I wouldn’t buy them again but the pasta dough was very nice. Not bad but also not so good, i like to try new things but I don't think I'm buying again this one
Don’t trust the cooking time. At least 1 minute less (maybe even 2). Not bad, but a little more taste would have pimped the ravioli.
