Vegan rainbow lasagne

While I was cooking this, I noticed that it didn’t have the usual traffic lights on the front, then I read the nutritional values (in black and white) and realised why! 61% of daily salt intake 😳 and 25% of saturated fat and kcal. So I thought “well this better be worth it!!” Sadly it definitely wasn’t!! Have to say despite the mammoth amount of salt, it was pretty bland and tasteless. Really disappointed as it looked and sounded so nice on the packaging. I love lasagne but I’m yet to find a good one. #salty

A decent convenience meal. Cooks in microwave and oven. I wanted to enjoy it more than I did. The crumb on top was a nice addition.

I love lasagne but have yet to make one since going vegan seven years ago (I have a bunch of excuses that kind of work but let’s be real, I need to just make one!). I saw this at Tesco for £3.50 in the frozen aisle. Um, the appearance of the actual product 🤣 What in the flatness is that?! It was hilariously flat. Like… I just don’t know what to say about it. The flavor was great, though! Very yummy with cheese and baked vegetables, but… it’s more like a pancake than a lasagne. #zizzi, work on that, ok? 😆 #lasagne #frozen #dinner #flatfood #tesco

I really enjoyed the vibrancy and flavour impact. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo when cooked. I found it in the frozen plant based section in Tesco. Will buy again. It’s a bit pricey but you pay for quality flavours.

This was a good vegan product to have when you’re too busy to cook for yourself and fancy something quick and easy. In terms of vegan ready meals it’s really good, however it’s not the most amazing meal you’re ever going to have. It was quite filling, I had it for lunch. I’m not sure if it would suffice as a dinner though. #ukvegan #zizzi
