Spectrum® Vegan Eggless Light Canola Mayonnaise has all the rich, creamy flavor of regular mayonnaise with less than 1/3 the fat and calories. Stir it with smashed garlic and a squeeze of lemon for aioli in a snap. Or combine it with avocado and store-bought salsa for an extra quick, extra creamy guacamole dip.

filtered water, expeller pressed canola oil, cornstarch, distilled white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, soy protein isolate, lemon juice concentrate, xanthan gum, onion powder, natural vitamin e mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, mustard oil, turmeric extract e extractives of paprika.

This mayo did the job. I wasn’t crazy about the taste on its own (and I really like mayo normally). But I used it in a recipe, and it worked just like I needed it to! So, if you’re planning to slather it on a sandwich, maybe try another brand. But if you’re in a pinch and you need a mayo for a recipe, this brand will work just fine!
This vegan mayo is okay, but not my favorite. It tastes a bit too canola-y for me, but then again, that’s expected since it does have canola in the name.
