Vegan Ghee

I can't appreciate its existence enough! This vegan ghee costs similar to the dairy version, and tastes exactly the same. There's no reason why someone would want to keep on taking bad cholesterol when we have Emkay vegan ghee. Pros: - tastes like dairy based ghee - crispiest tastiest dosas I have made in a while - tastes great with homemade vegan junk food Cons: - they are capping with the health benefits. This should only be consumed under moderation.

This vegan ghee tastes and smells just like cow ghee which I was never a fan off so I didnt like it with rice (ghee/oil+namak is 👌🏼) but in halwa and ghee-namak on parantha it was awesome. Thankfully I don't have to go to kanjikas anymore and be forced to eat halwa! My mom's chana puri are the best anyways. Asked mom to make some sujji ka halwa with emkay vegan ghee and this was our conversation translated in English: Mom- "So the day when I have to make halwa in different ghees has also come" Me- "You can eat vegan halwa?" Mom- "Yeah and what about the price" Me- "It is cheaper than desi ghee because it's just a bunch of oils 👁️👄👁️" Mom- 😯😯

Although I never liked ghee - vegan or otherwise, I got it from vegandukan.com in the hopes of convincing my family to switch to it but didn't like the taste myself. Not sure if I'd be ordering it ever again. It's not-so-expensive at ₹265 for 500 ml, so, I think it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. #VeganSince2014 #VeganIn2021 #VeganInIndia #VegansInRaipur
