vegan block Cheese

I’ve seen a lot of good reviews of this Knot cheese, but I can’t decide if I like it. It definitely melts a lot better than most cheeses I’ve had, but the taste itself? I don’t know. I think they labelled this incorrectly as well, the sticker on the back says this is supposed to be mozzarella, which it definitely is not. I prefer this one over their actual mozzarella variation. I definitely don’t enjoy this enough to pay the full R75, but I might consider buying it if it’s 75% off again. #veganisnotscary 🧀

I used this cheese in a pasta bake, it was amazing melted. I also had it unmelted in tacos. Niiiiiiice.

Made this on a toastie and not sure how I feel about it. While it does melt really well, I’m not too sure how I feel about the texture and taste once it’s melted.

So so delicious and great for melting. Very happy with these cheese. So much better than the French ones like Nature&Mooi and Violife. Knot is the best tasting and the best melting and my non-vegan friends are super fans of it too!
