This bag of farro from Trader Joe’s is such a great deal - less than

$2!! Farro is extremely nutritious and has a similar taste and texture of al dente pasta. Highly recommended!!

It is cheap. You can make a family meal with only one package.

Who does not want a farro that cooks as fast as a pasta? I love

this because it allows me to put some variety into my carbo intake without requiring very long cooking times.
