Tofu fumé

This was the only tofu I saw in the vegetarian & vegan section at E. Leclerc. It was really tasty made just in a bit of oil in a pan, there was a great smoked flavor. It didn't fall apart when cutting or while stirring in the pan, so that's great as well. I can only recommend!

Mi ha ricordato la pancetta, questo è da 🎇 usato come fake pancetta per la carbonara. Ha una consistenza soda e asciutta, infatti da mangiare così com'è non è piacevole come il tofu affumicato Vemondo della Lidl che è molto più idratato e morbido. The taste is not so smoked and it has a sweet aftertaste. Not worth the price

Pas encore goûté, c'est sur le feu (mijoté avec des olives et divers aromates, riz blanc). J'ai découvert le tofu fumé il y a peu et j'ai beaucoup aimé. On verra la réussite de la recette... Yuka 💯 wow ! Et bonne initiative d'avoir fait deux morceaux séparés dans le paquet. Update: Excellent !
