#vegantastetest on the Tesco Plant Chef range Thai inspired green vegetable curry. 400g weight contains 341 calories, 3.8g fat, 63.2g carbs, 9.1g fibre and 8.9g of protein. I have to say this is a 9 out of 10 for flavour for me and I am a Thai curry fan in general. Cooked well in the oven so no complaints there as I know some ready meals can suffer especially rice drying out. Highly recommend giving it a try.
