rosemary touches. It’s basically #seitan in slices, with added #buckwheat and kidney #beans for some extra fun in the texture. I recommend this #veganbacon !

Benevolent Bacon!! So deeeelicious! I love that it's tangy, and has that "brisket" feel. The

smokey flavor is great. I cooked it in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes to make it crispy. I typically add it to baked potatoes, salads, and sandwiches. 💚

This was good but not great. I liked it but it wasn’t really what I

expected. The flavor smells awesome but the taste is just okay. I fried it up in a pan for a long time, and while it does look crispy, it’s still chewy (I like it almost burnt & crispy). It’s definitely similar to thick-cut bacon. It was okay in a BLT but I think I’ll try some other brands next time. Price: $4.19 at Whole Foods (8 slices per pack).
