omg these So Delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches are sooo good! i’m actually not the biggest fan of regular chocolate vanilla ice cream sandwiches but the strawberry ice cream and graham cracker flavors mix so well! plus, the ice cream is super light and creamy making for the perfect frozen dessert! 🍓🍰

My friend and I was looking for a treat for #nationalicecreampieday and this was the closest we could find. The soft and yummy cookie could have served as a crumbly pie crust.
