Sticky Mango Tofu With Coconut Rice

This was my last #grubby meal and probably my least favourite of the bunch :/ it was good don't get me wrong but it didn't hit the same as the other meals. I think it was the rice 🍚 i wasn't a huge fan. The mango tofu was absolutely amazing though and the salsa was fressshhh 🍅 #veganisnotscary #teamtofu
