Stella's Perogies Vegan Cheddar Style

These were good but not my favourite, I found them actually a bit hard to cook without them falling apart. Ate them with a homemade sour cream, it was still a good lunch !

Tried these on a whim... they were pretty good, even though I didn't cook them according to the instructions on the package (I baked them). The stuffing was soft and the outside turned out crunchy, how I like perogies 😊 Would still like to try making my own perogies sometime!

Was disappointed in the flavour but I also tried to follow directions to cook and it was a horrible fail. So I pan fried them the second time and that worked but the texture of the dough is different and again didnt get a cheese flavour so not sure I'd buy again. But I topped it with beyond sausage, siracha and vegan sour cream.

I discovered these tonight at Loblaws! I was so excited to try them. They are nice vegan pierogies. I expected a more bold flavour since it's supposed to be cheddar style. Also, next time I would like to fry them up rather than just following the instructions on the package. I reheated some leftover for my husband when he got home by frying them in oil on a pan and he loved them this way. They go well with the tofutti sour cream and I like adding some additional seasoning. I will be getting these again. #veganin2020 #perogies #veganiseasy
