Southern Barbecue Tofu Cubes

I’ve tried this a couple times and do not like the consistency. The BBQ flavor is a bit underwhelming as well.

What a quick and convenient way to get some tofu goodness. I didn’t have to press it or season it. The flavour is not strong on its on but good enough to add to a dish of veggies and noodles. I cooked them in the air fryer. Perfect for two portion sizes for me.

This is ok. I would have expected more BBQ flavor. I used it in a burrito bowl and spiced it up a bit so it was ok.

Excellent firm tofu marinated in BBQ sauce. Great flavor and a hearty addition to any meal. I love to add them to Buddha bowls

Likes these a lot! Good texture and crisps up pretty nice. I made these in a hash with potato’s and onions!
