Smoky BBQ Wood Fired Pizza

Cheaper vegan pizzas I’ve only ever seen at grocery outlet. The BBQ flavor is subtle but interesting. It’s best to let it thaw a bit and rearrange the toppings which are usually unevenly distributed and piled on one side. The cheese is small crumbles and melts well and isn’t overpowering or really noticeable at all. #veganisnotscary

This pizza is ok, it's not cheesy, and the sauce has more tomato than BBQ flavor. The Seitan chicken is a bit soft. I recommend thawing this product before baking; otherwise, your crust might be super crispy with the center barely cooked. It's more of a flatbread than an pizza.
