Smokey "Jack" Quarter Pounders

I was excited because I love BBQ flavour and I haven't tried any jackfruit products yet. Unfortunately the taste was a bit synthetic for me and quite sickly. They fried really well and have a good texture though.

These are now my go to bbq burgers! Had them with some chilli cheese Mayo, coriander, Spinach and a little raw onion. And a ham style slice that went super crispy. Rather than cook them whole, I split them in half and done them “smash” style on a hot plate! They are rather soft to handle uncooked but they really were fine once on the bbq, didn’t fall apart, didn’t stick. Definitely delicious 🤤 ❤️

Delicious. These were perfect on the BBQ last night! They did have such a lovely smokey flavour to them and were a good texture! I will definitely be getting these again.
