Questo formaggio a fette faceva parte dell'ordine fatto a velivery e per me è la conferma che il sistema di spedizione che utilizzano non garantisce la corretta catena del freddo. Nell'ultima foto infatti si vede della muffa che ho trovato sulle ultime due fette purtroppo dopo aver consumato le prime 😣. Il formaggio comunque non mi è piaciuto molto, le fette sono rigide, un po' plasticose. I semi di fieno greco gli danno una nota un po' amarognola ma nel complesso il sapore è piuttosto indefinito e blando. Gli ingredienti sono il solito olio di cocco 21% che è sempre presente purtroppo. L'hanno arricchito con calcio e vitamina B12 ma non cambia il fatto che abbia valori nutritivi davvero scadenti. La valutazione di Yuka infatti è scarso 24/100 troppi grassi, troppo sale, pochissime proteine.
