Roasted Beetroot Hommus

Recently i been lacking fibre in my diet so got some chopped cucumbers, carrots and celery sticks from home and dipped them into this lovely spread! It’s really yummy and quite affordable at $6 from ntuc finest! ☺️

Loved this. Creamy, smooth hummus. The beets made it so much better.

This stuff is yum with a sweet and smoky flavour from the roasted beetroot. However I feel like they may have changed the recipe as I vividly recall it being bright purple before but now it’s a bit more of a pink shade? Perhaps skimping a bit on the ingredients however it’s still delicious! Maybe I just got a bad batch 🤔

This was really nice - good mix of flavours and very eye-catching colour.

Tasty hummus but not as thick as the plain types. Maybe because of the beetroot
