Rice Protein & Chia Nuggets

Haven't had nuggets in ages... These lack savouriness and their one defining flavour is really just saltiness. They cry out for tomato sauce and other condiments. Would not get these again 😬

This is my favorite quick go-to meal. Just pop in the air fryer, and it's ready to eat. They crunchy and very tasty. I have it with a dipping sauce. Vegan honey and mustard mixed with mayonnaise. I used to have Fry’s Frozen Foods products all the time when I first went vegan, regularly walking to Holland & Barrett to stock up on the much more limited vegan options of the time. Their chicken-style nuggets were my go-to product, but I haven’t tried their newer products recently. These nuggets were good, very crispy on the outside and great with a dipping sauce. That being said, they wouldn’t make the list of my top vegan nuggets. I would buy them again though! #veganuk #vegannuggets

these are kind of bland on their own but it works well with a dipping sauce i didn’t like the texture but if you are looking for a gluten free option this is a good fit

These are quite bland on its own and needs a dipping sauce, but I love that it’s gluten free, has a nice texture the coating is super crunchy.
