Red Soy Bean Paste

I got this to make dorayaki. It didn't taste as I expected to be honest; perhaps it's because I'm not used to it's flavour. It's very sweet and dense, so of course it works well to fill dorayaki. I don't know if I'll ever buy it again. Alimentación Hui Hao Jia (Bilbao) 2,75€ (475 g)
