Red rice noodles

These are delicious! We enjoy the original rice noodles but the red ones are great too! I make them with carrots, peas, courgette, aubergine, red onion all in a coconut mylk, lemongrass, turmeric sauce! Very nice! #organic #vegan #veganin2021
