I liked the flavor. Nice protein content. It is a processed frozen food so sodium content is up there. I pan fried and added to my kale salad. I will try cooking in the air fryer next time.

I find it odd vegan products still use the name of an animal to convince people to try it and fool their minds to thinking it’s meat. I say get more creative and call them something dangerous like Penguin toes. Anyway these non animal bits are fantastic!
