This stuff is good!! Very nice and fatty sensation in the mouth, and also flakey like salmon. Fries easily with a nice crunchy crust. I now just ate it as a fillet, not sure if this would work if I would cut it into chunks and use it as an ingredient for a dish. But yes - good! I recommend it.

You don’t come across alternative protein seafood very often! Well, lately, this sector seems to be making vast progress. This was my first time seeing plant-based salmon in a form other than lox or sashimi. It’s pretty good, in texture and flavor. Of course it’s improved by marinades, sauces, or other accompaniments. I cooked it in tamari and made a peach salsa for it.
