These Salmon burgers are hands down the best textured fish-less pattie I’ve tried so far. The flavor wasn’t as salmon heavy as I anticipated but that was just fine since the base was moist and delicious “as-is” - no salmon needed, thank you. I look forward to trying this product in a flaked form instead of a burger for a variety of dishes.

So happy to finally find Good Catch products in my local grocery. I added onions, (the recipe I used to make, had them inside the patty). Ate with ketchup instead of the recommended aioli, as I usually did before. Very impressed, texture and flavor so good!

I did not like the flavor of this #plantbased #salmon #burger. However, my sister did like them and our puppy loved the smell of it while it was cooking! Lol. It looked like a #vegan burger while it was #frozen. The smell, to me, was fine. Kind of smelled a bit like a mix of #nutritionalyeast and something else that I can’t seem to put my finger on 🤔 I won’t be buying again. There are two patties per box. It has 16g of #protein per patty, 3mg of #iron, 150mg of #potassium, 40mg of #calcium and 200 calories. These salmon burgers are a unique vegan product; there are so many types of “beef” and “chicken” burgers on the market; it’s nice to see something different. These have a fishy flavor, but not in an offensive way. The texture seemed to be a bit flakey and reminiscent of fish. They browned nicely on each side and remained a bit softer on the inside. Enjoyed a burger on a bun with chive cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. There are only two patties per box, but they are pretty large.
