Plant-Based Roast with Herb Gravy

Tofurky 99p reduced price I purchased these from Holland and Barrett Reduce after Christmas Couldn't believe my luck. They normally sell for £10 each They are the best vegan roast I had ever tasted. The stuffing was beautiful which includes rice. There was a delicious gravy sachet included just needed heating up and adding to the roast once cooked. It was even just as nice the next day cold if we were lucky to have any left that was. Perfect hot or cold Perfect on fresh bread next day with cranberry sauce. Not bad. The stuffing was really good but I don’t do gravy, it just grosses me out. We cooked it according to the package and it was a little dry but had great flavor. I just scraped off the gravy before eating. I would definitely try this again
