Plant based meatfree mince

At first I was a little suspicious of this #veganmince since I’m used to Vivera, but I was pleasantly surprised! It took a bit more cooking to soak up all the flavours than other brands I’ve tried, but once it did, the texture was perfect and it made a delicious chilli. Another upside is that it doesn’t contain as many ingredients as some other #meatalternatives. I think this is really good! Affordable and usefully kept in the freezer.

This is definitely in the top minces out there. I just made a shepherd's pie with it and it held its structure really well, instead of falling apart like others do. Really tasty. Soya free.

This mince is soy free, it doesn't have a great deal of flavour so I wouldn't make burgers or meatballs with it but it's fine in something saucy like a chilli.
