#PortabelliniMushrooms with @eat_oumph #SmokeyBits OMG!!!!
I have been wanting to try the #Oumph products for a while & finally did!
Fried up half an #Onion with some (okay, more than some) #Garlic #DriedThyme & #ChilliFlakes for a couple of minutes to release the fragrants, added in the #SmokeyBits for a minute, then added the #Mushrooms & let that fry for another 2 minutes! Next add a sachet of @inapaarmanskitchen #VegetableStock (best stock ever, if you're lazy, like me) & a dash of water (anout a 1/4 cup) to set off the mushrooms to draw liquid! Cooked up the pasta! Drained & add the rest, including the mushroom liquid!

Mix it altogether & let it 'sit' for about a minute, before adding a generous dose of @irenesgourmet #NutritionalYeast (don't be shy! I'm a huge fan so added quite a lot! I don't measure it, I just gooi!)
